Evaluation
Positives
I believe that my dish
looked aesthetically
pleasing by making it neat
by cautiously putting 3 or 4
spoons of the meat and
tomato sauce on top of the
spaghetti and by adding
that little bit of parmesan

Minus
If you were someone at home
making this dish for someone
else or just for yourself, I would
recommend adding 1 medium
size carrot, grated coarsely,
and 1 small zucchini also
grated coarsely to add flavor to
the meat and tomato sauce so

Improvements
In the future, I would consider
finding a way to make this dish
more interesting and bursting
with flavor, so next time I make
this dish I will make it the same
but add 1 medium size carrot,
grated coarsely and 1 small
zucchini to the meat mixture. I

cheese to give it more

colour and flavor. When I
first tasted the dish I
thought it tasted great but
it was nothing amazing. I
definitely would serve this
dish at a restaurant
because it would satisfy
the hungry customers.

it is not as bland. Also to make

my dish better I would consider
adding a dash of salt and dash
of oregano and/or mixed herbs
to give the meat and tomato
sauce to taste more exciting.

would also add in a dash of salt

to make the meat a bit more tasty
and also oregano and/ or mixed
herbs to give it a pure Italian
taste.
