The procedure to apply for Graduated school

KOREA Government Scholarship students in IIE, Kyung Hee University

<Designated Students>
1. You should follow the special period only for designated students.
- Application(First to Fifth preference at the same time) : Apr. 16th(Thu) ~ 24th(Fri)
- The result of first preference : May. 22th(Fri)
- The result of second to Fifth preference : Jun. 9th(Tue) ~ 11th(Fri)
- The final result : Jun. 16th(Tue) 10:00

* I am going to ask you five universities you applied after we have an exhibition.
You will be chosen by the first preference. But if you fail, you will be chosen by the second
preference, in the order of your preference.
* The students who asked IIE to get your documents can take them from Apr. 6th(Mon).
* If you want to enter MBA or Law School(like majors which have over 5,000,000 won as a
tuition fee), you can be allowed to enter after the university says they cover the excluded fee of
over 5,000,000 won.
* When you fill out the application form, you should present you are a designated students.
* Application fee : minimum or free
* If you fail to enter all the universities, you will have a talk with NIIED and they will choose a
university referring to your major, but if you do not want to enter it and finally give up, you will
be deprived of government scholarship and should go back.

<Application procedure>
Think about the universities you want to apply → Join the exhibition of 35 universities →
Contact with a professor after the exhibition → Decide the universities you will apply →
apply(April. 16th~24th) → let IIE know the universities you applied → inform IIE the result

3. You have KLPT TEST Mar. 28th(Sat), Kook Min University(Gireum station subway line 4)
- You should take the test.
- The score will be calculated to 50 percent and included in your evaluation to enter a
university.

4. You have an exhibition of 35 universities Apr. 16th ~ 17th, you should join because the
application of universities are started from that day. When you participate in this exhibition, you
need to take the application forms(each university has their own form).
