Accountability or accountability of the teacher focuses on three aspects of
responsibility towards the profession, responsibilities and obligations to the school, the community and themselves. responsible for maintaining the image and behaviour of themselves. This factor is important because the teacher must show the best example to pupils and be a good role model. Teachers should always display the best image by being well-dressed and modest, gentle and friendly, diligent and firm. With the adoption of these values, the teacher will always be respected by the pupils.
