Dr.

Mazyar Moshiri was inducted into the International College of Dentists last Friday at
the American Dental Association meeting in San Antonio, Texas.

On October 10, 2014, Dr. Mazyar Moshiri, a local dental practitioner, was inducted as a Fellow of the
International College of Dentists at its 85th Annual Convocation in San Antonio, Texas.

Dr. Maz Moshiri, was born and raised in St. Louis, MO. He graduated from MICDS in 1998 and then
traveled to Emory University to receive his Doctorate, Masters in Oral Biology, and Certificate of Advanced
Training in Orthodontics from the University of Louisville.

With his induction as a Fellow of the International College of Dentists, Dr. Maz joins his father, Dr. Farad
Moshiri, attaining the honorable status of Fellow, having already gained the Diplomate status from the
American Board of Orthodontics. The College of Dentists is an honorary organisation for the recognition of
outstanding and meritorious service to the profession and community, with representative divisions in more
than 120 countries and over 11,000 members.

Dr. Maz was accompanied by 280 other dentists from the United States in an outstanding cap and gown
ceremony. All of them were inducted into the College this year and hundreds of members and guests
witnessed this moment. The College presented Dr. Maz and his colleagues with a membership plaque, a gold
lapel pin and a gold key, symbols of the Fellowship for noticeable service provided in the art and science of
Dentistry.

Dr. Maz currently works as a Clinical Assistant professor at Saint Louis Universitys orthodontic residency
program with a focus on clinical oversight and lectures regarding Invisalign. Additionaly, Dr. Maz is a
featured lecturer and Ask the Expert speaker for Align Technology, the makers of Invisalign, traveling
nationally to educate dentist and orthodontists on proper use of the appliance. He has also published many
scientific articles for Invisalign in addition to peer-reviewed orthodontic journals on a variety of other
orthodontic topics.
