DEED OF DONATION

KNOW ALL MENBY THESE PRESENTS:

This Deed made and entered into by and between:

No.331), situated in the District of Pandcan. Bounded on the NE., by Lot
No. 4, Sub- Block No. 6 of the subd., plan; on the SE., by Calle de Jesus; on
the SW., by Lot No. 2, Sub-Block No. 6 of the subd., plan; and on the NW.,
by Lot No. 22, Sub-Block No. 6 of the subd. plan. Beginning at a point
marked 1 on plan. being S. 83 deg. 49E., 927.70 m. from B.L.L.M. No. 1,
Pandacan, thence S. 10 deg. 51E., 13.00m. to point 2, thense S. 79 deg.
09W., 8.00m. to point 3; thence N. 10 deg. 51W., 13.00m. to point 4; thence
N. 79 deg. 09E., 8.00m. to the point of beginning; containing an area of
ONE HUNDRED FOUR (104) SQUARE METERS, more or

WHEREAS, that for and in consideration of the love and affection of the
DONORS for the DONEE, the DONORS by these presents cedes, transfer and conveys
by way of donation unto the said DONEE, free from all lien and encumbrances.
That the DONEES, hereby accepts and receives this donation made in their favor
by the DONORS hereby manifest their gratefulness for the latters generosity and
liberality.
