Spiral wound in accordance with ASME B16.20 with type 304 stainless steel
windings and flexible graphite filler.
Fittings
1 1/2 inch and smaller forged socket weld. ASTM A 105.

2 inch and larger welding same schedule as pipe. ASTM A 234 Grade WPB.
Branch connection welding fittings. ASTM A 105.
Globe Valves 1 1/2 inch and smaller Class 800 forged socket weld, OS&Y, bolted bonnet,
corrosion-inhibited die-formed flexible graphite packing with braided anti-extrusion rings. ASTM A 105
body/bonnet, 13 Cr trim, hardfaced seat, in compliance with ASME B16.34.
Bonney HL-31-SW, DSI 4211-A8, Vogt series SW-12141 or equal.
2 inch to 6 inch Class 150 cast flanged, OS&Y, bolted bonnet, corrosion-inhibited die-formed flexible graphite
packing with braided anti-extrusion rings. ASTM A 216 Grade WCB body/bonnet, 13 Cr trim, hardfaced seat, in
compliance with ASME B16.34 and API 602.
Crane 143-XU, Poyam 22GBP-1R8, Velan F-0074C-02TY or equal.
Gate Valves
1 1/2 inch and smaller Class 800 forged socket weld, OS&Y, bolted bonnet,
corrosion-inhibited die-formed flexible graphite packing with braided anti-extrusion rings. ASTM A 105
body/bonnet, 13 Cr trim, hardfaced seats, in compliance with API 602.
Bonney HL-11-SW, DSI 4111-A8, Vogt series SW-12111 or equal.
2 inch to 24 inch Class 150 cast flanged, OS&Y, bolted bonnet, corrosion-inhibited die-formed flexible graphite
packing with braided anti-extrusion rings. ASTM A 216 Grade WCB body/bonnet, 13 Cr trim, hardfaced seats, in
compliance with API 600. Crane 47-XU, Poyam 22SBW-1R8,Velan F-0064C-02TY or equal.
Check Valves 1 1/2 inch and smaller Class 800 forged socket weld, bolted cap, ball check.
ASTM A 105 body/bonnet cap, 13 Cr trim, hardfaced seat, in compliance with ASME B 16.34 and API 602.
