The best meal for myself as a 21 year old male would be Wendy's because it has an avera
amount of calories, sodium, and fat but has the most protein. I require a lot of protein in m
diet because I play tennis on a competitive level, so I need to burn protein into muscle. I
also need a good amount of calories to burn as well. I try to stay away from too much
sodium intake so Burger King's meal would be the worst meal plan for me.
