Comments:
I cannot say fairly that I have reached the target score. Although I am aware of diversity in higher educational institutions and its importance, its unfair to say that this something I
do consistently. This is for the mere fact that I still consider myself an entry level administrator and that I am still learning my craft and further developing each of these
components within higher education

Comments:
Its important to keep up with technological advances, especially with the millennial generation. Thus, integrating technology into presentations to keep material interesting and
current is a vital part of being a practitioner in higher education. I particularly like using videos from YouTube and Tedtalks.

Comments:
Its important to understand where my strength and weaknesses lie as an administrator. My ability to accept constructive criticism and feedback from my peers is a vital part of my
growth and development in this field. More importantly, its important to make mistakes so that you can learn from past to better yourself as a professional in the future.
