Dear Parent/Carer of children in Chestnut (Year 3 )

Following on from my previous letter I am now writing to invite you to book a consultation meeting with your childs
teacher. As you know, this is a new system that we believe will be far better and any feedback from yourselves would be
gratefully received.
Please indicate the day and time that suits you best and we will do our best to accommodate you.. Please return the slip
to your childs class teacher by Tuesday 18th November 2014 and the slip will be returned to you with the appointment
time in the usual way.
Please remember that staff are available throughout the year to meet with parents if you have any problems or concerns.
You do not need to wait for a meetingjust come in and talk to us.
