PROPOSAL FOR EXPLORING FRANCHISE BUSINESS OPPORTUNITIES

1. PROPOSAL OBJECTIVE AND SUMMARY:

The proposal intends to seek executive approval to explore various business franchise
opportunities presently available in the market and seek a best fit for our existing real estate
model.
2. THE PROPOSAL
GLOREIs investment department is presently seeking to investigate the franchise business
model as a viable tie-in to the existing real estate development model. A number of franchising
opportunities are currently present in the market which offer a viable income generating source
for our existing and upcoming projects such as Watiyah and Muttawar as well as selective
diversification of income and revenue streams.
The Investment Department seeks executive approval to explore these various franchise
opportunities including signing of agreements to secure best suitable information on these
franchises to explore the possibility of taking these through the best fit screening process.
Once a shortlist of these franchise opportunities has been identified the same would be
presented to the executive decision making authorities for approval and final selection based on
identified investment criteria.
