Step 1- Choose a piece of construction paper, two markers, and one
baggie filled with pictures Step 2- Using a marker, draw a line down the middle of the construction paper to split it in half Step 3- Write at the top of ONE half of the paper Healthy Write at the top of the other half of the paper Unhealthy *See example Step 4- Look through your pictures and decide which show healthy activities and which are pictures of unhealthy activities Step 5- Use the tape or glue-stick at the table to put the pictures on your paper
Make sure you put the healthy activities pictures under the Healthy side and the unhealthy activity picture on the Unhealthy side!
Take your charts home to remind you of healthy activities!!!
