Description of aims and ideas for your shoot what do you want your photographs to communicate?
For this shoot, I aim to create a shadow of the world, using light and dark as the land and sea. I want the image to
be very sharp and clear which will involve some precise cutting.

Location notes permission, studio, booking, transport and weather

I will need to do my shoot in a dark room.

Photographer/artist inspiration
I was inspired by Fabrizio Corneli for this project as his work is very precise and exact, as I want mine to be.

Techniques/processes you will use to achieve your aims

I will need to cut out the countries using a pen knife to keep it neat. When I take the photo, I will need to use a
tripod to get an infocus still shot, although I will try some more blurred images, with a higher shutter speed. I will
want the image to have a strong contrast in the light and dark.
Equipment notes
I will need my card earth cut out, my camera, a tripod, a white backdrop, and a torch.
