Steps to do before submitting CID

1. Log on to windows as ADMINISTRATOR account (This is mandatory)
2. If using Windows 7, pls turn off all securities level and virus scan before submitting CID. Turn off windows firewall,
disable
window defender and lower down the level of UAC to the bottom.
(If using other version of Windows, pls ignore this step)
3. Right click on IE and select open IE as administrator (This step is for Windows 7, if using other version of Windows,
just open IE)
4. Turn off pop up blocker and make sure you have set IE setting according to the installation guide. (Page 6-8 in the
manual)
Click on security tab trusted site and click on default level (Pls make sure that security for this zone is set to low). Then
add the following website to trusted site
*.amadeus.com
*.amadeus.net
*.amadeusvista.com
https://*.amadeus.com
https://*.amadeusvista.com
Make sure you have unchecked option for: require server verification (https) for all sites of this zone
5. Dont forget to go to advance tab for IE setting and unchecked on Checked for publisher's certificate revocation" and
Checked for server's certificate revocation"
6. go to URL http://diagnostic.amadeus.com Run diagnostic and make sure theres no critical error in RED for IE setting,
trusted site, Verisign (If Red, you can install verisign which appear on the same page)
7. Then you can try to submit CID by input your CID and office ID altogether at
http://certificates.amadeusvista.com/sgwadmin/
8. After CID successfully installed, you will be prompt with an Amadeus automatic update windows to download product.
