UWRT 1101 Reflection Positive Social Experiment Reflection I learned many things from doing this social experiment. I did my social experiment on exercise and its influence how you act throughout the day. I found that I had more energy when running/exercising in the morning. Running makes you feel better and blow off all that stress that has built on you throughout the weeks Its unbelievable what exercise can do to you throughout your life. I learned a lot from this project and I am glad to have been able to participate in it. Theres not much I would have done differently in this project. It took a lot of energy to change our habits of sleeping in and being lazy. If anything, maybe come up with an easier positive social experiment. It was very hard at first when getting into a routing of exercising all the time. At first it was terrible but once we got into shape, we never looked back. All in all, this project was great and theres not much I would change.
