1. I refer to my early facsimile regarding my official pettion to the United Nations High Commissioner for
Human Rights.
2. I wonder whether my attached complaint to the Office of Police Integrity and the Victoria Police might also
be actionable by your Office?
3. At the very least, I believe that it is important that you (and via your shepherding, the Federal Attorney-
General) be aware of this, another serious dimension to my present difficulties. Alternatively, could your
Office take this up with relevant State agencies (this was originally a Werribee Police District investigation
before Senior Counstable Reilly was transferred to the Sexual Offences and Crimes Assault Unit in
Footscray).
