BalvowrotetoApuronthathehadnotreceivedafinancial
statementfromtheArchdioceseofAganasince2007andupto
thetimehewrotetheletterin2012.
Further,Balvopointedoutthateverydioceseisrequiredtohavea
financecouncilandthatconsentofthefinancecouncilisrequired
foractsofalienation.
In2012,formerfinancecouncilmemberRichardUntalanwroteto
Balvowithhisconcernsaboutanalienationorassignmentofthe
YonapropertyuponwhichtheRedemptorisMaterseminaryis
built.Untalanwrotethatheandthreeothercouncilmembers
agreedthattheywereterminatedbyApuronbecausetheyvoted
againsttransferringthetitleofthatland,avotewhichwasnot
supportedbyApuron.

purviewofBenavente.
BenaventethensentaletteryesterdayaddressingeachdiscrepancyApuronnotedanddisputed
eachclaim.BenaventewrotethatfourofthefiveproblemsApuronlistedwereresolvedbefore
May21andBenaventewasintheprocessofrectifyingthefinalitembutwasremovedfromhis
positionandthedocumentswereconfiscatedbythenewrector,MonsignorDavidQuitugua.
FivefinanceprofessionalsalsodisputedApuronsclaimoffinancialmismanagementduringa
newsconferenceyesterday.
