Dear Ms. Logan,

I want to thank you for the cookies, they were delicious. We are sorry to hear of your issues with
our mixer. It is my displeasure to inform you we are unable to fix or replace the mixer. You
voided the warranty when you aloud dough into the motor housing then soaked the motor in
water.
With your mixer we gave a manual that clearly states to keep food out of the motor housing. The
mixer was not designed to work if dough gets in the housing. Further, we also gave a warning on
the mixer and in the manual not to immerse the motor in water. You voided the warranty when
you did these two things.
We want to thank you for being a loyal customer. For your loyalty take 35 percent off your next
mixer. You should go down with your 35 percent off and buy yourself a new mixer and then start
baking again.
