INSTRUCTIONS TO PROJECT

Students will be in groups of three. Each student will be assigned a piece of content. These are:
Student 1. Supplementary and Complementary Angles.

This student must research, using the text available and the internet, supplementary and
complementary angles.
They must include, on the Screencast, definitions with graphics, along with a brief lesson
with examples.

Student 2. Vertical and Adjacent Angles.

This student must research, using the text available and the internet, vertical and adjacent
angles.
They must include, on the Screencast, definitions with graphics, along with a brief lesson
with examples.

Student 3. Solving for missing angles, given a supplementary, complementary, vertical, and/or
adjacent angle.

This student must research, using the text available and the internet, how to solve for
missing angles, given angles.
They must describe how they are solving for the missing angles using all four angles given
above.
There must be graphics involved and justification for every step they use to solve the multistep problems.

All 3 Students: All three students are responsible to speak on the Screencast. You must present
someone elses part, not your own. This means that you must learn the content you are assigned
AND one more of your choice. For example: Student 1 will research supplementary and
complementary angles, but must do the voiceover for student 2s research on vertical and adjacent
angles.
All group members: This is YOUR lesson. You are taking place of the teacher. Make sure to cover
all aspects of your content as if your classmates will be tested on it. Follow the rubric attached. You
will use this rubric as a checklist, but also to assess other groups presentations. Feel free to ask
questions throughout the project. ENJOY!
