The owner will keep all original documents with the vehicle. The owner will be responsible for completion of R.T.O. formalities, insurance renewal R.T.O. Tax etc. Company will not be responsible for any taxes, duties, challan levied by R.T.O or any other authority 6, Payment through RTGS in owner account will be done within 1S days as hire charges aft receipt of bill and logbook from site duly signed and certified by project in charge every month 7. This agreement is only an acceptance of hiring the vehicle for our work, Jindal Structure Ltd.. shall no way responsible for any other matter concemed to the vehicle, our responsibility/liability ceased by paying the rent of the vehicle if engaged in the work. 8. Owner will do Repairs & Maintenance on his own costs. 9. Vehicle owner shall arrange for insurance of vehicle. Any fault, damage, theft and or accident during lease agreement shall exclusively be owner’s responsibility. Company or any of their employees shall not be responsible under any circumstances. 10. This lease agreement shall remain valid for a period of six month, The validity of this agreement can be extended further on mutually agreed terms set after words, 1 Bither party giving one-month notice can terminate this agreement.
