Operating Plan Provision for the control of access to the recycling center. A. Center’s boundary will be enclosed with block wall fencing no less than 6 feet in height. B. Access will be controlled with the use of two (2) lockable gates located off East Colton Avenue. A first gate on the northeast of the facility will be utilized for incoming traffic; a second gate to the northwest of the facility will be utilized for outgoing traffic. C. —_Uponentering the facility, all drivers must observe posted speed limits. The recycling center intake attendant will inspect the contents of the load, i. paper, plastic, and metal, ete. The size of the load will be determined by container size (yard measurement) and by weight. A log invoice will be written for each incoming truck load and signed by the driver and the recycling center intake attendant. D. A daily record of all incoming loads will be recorded for reporting purposes. ‘The number of attendants who will be at the recycling center during operating hours. A. Minimum number of persons employed will be (12) twelve, including: 1. Facility Manager 2. Intake Attendant/Dispatcher 3. Loader Operators (2) 4. Roll Off Drivers (2) 5. Materials Handlers (6) List of equipment and machinery required to operate the recycling center. Roll-off trucks (3) Roll-off containers (60) Loaders (3) Roll bins for handlers (6) Storage bins for recycled material (8) Compactor Baler Sort Line Safety equipment for handlers: eyewear, gloves, hard hats, etc. PRN AVENE
