The next meeting for Villa La Verne HOA is scheduled for Wednesday, September 24, 2014 at the
Lordon Management office, 1275 Center Court Drive, Covina. Beginning at 6:00 pm.

WOOD REPAIR AND PAINTING NOTICE:

Unfortunately the wood repair and painting project has been pushed back to
begin from mid October to early November.

WINDOW REPLACEMENT:
Now that the Association is in the planning stages of wood repair and
painting the buildings, this may be the best time for windows to be replaced on
your unit. Since the buildings will be painted, you may want to get your windows installed now!! You
can obtain an architectural application by calling Lordon Management. All windows must be white
vinyl with no grids!

TRASH CANS:
We continue to have many residents not adhering to the rules regarding trash and sanitation
throughout our complex. We feel the need to remind all owners of their responsibility and to notify
your tenants if you are renting out your units.
Do not place containers out for pick up prior to 7:00pm the day before the pickup and containers
must be put away prior to 7:00pm the day of pick up. Violation of these time restrictions are
subject to a fine.
Each unit shall maintain (2) small trashcans, provided by Waste Management. (1) Black
trashcan for trash only. (1) Gray trashcan for recyclable items. All such containers must display
the unit number on it for easy identification. No unit shall be in possession of a large or jumbosized trash can.
Disposal of LARGE FURNITURE, LARGE ITEMS OR APPIANCES in the trash bins or in or
around the trash enclosures or anywhere within the complex is strictly prohibited. Please
make arrangements for pick up and proper disposal of your large items by Waste Management
or other company.
Dumping items in the alley or common area is an automatic $200 FINE. Large items require a
"special pick-up" by Waste Management. You can call Allyson Zavala at 626-967-7921 ext.
