POWER WORKOUT
Open chords are the foundation, the starting place for most rhythm guitar
beginner
playing. If you can master these open chord forms, youll be able to play an
incredible amount of songs. This workout starts easy and gradually becomes
more and more challenging. Well work through 30 exercises of the basic open chords that every guitar player
needs to know and have ready to be used at a moments notice: major chords, minor chords, seventh chords,
minor seventh chords, and even a few suspended chords.

Some people might think this workout is easy. Others might have a hard time keeping up. Either way is alright.
Find the place where youre comfortable and go from there. If you couldnt get all the way through them,
write down how far you could go today and try it again tomorrow. After a few days, you will begin to see
your progress and thats what it is all about.
