Note: For Lessons 13-15, ALL of the notes listed can be played as part of the chord-scale.
I've simply outlined the notes that correspond to the way we have been warming up with
chord-scales so far: playing from scale degree 1 up to 7 and then back down.
Also note that these three chord-scales (D dorian, G mixo, C major) all share the same notes,
because they're all part of the same key. These exercises are written for the B string, but
familiarize yourself with these chord-scales on all 6 strings!
