    Strategies to Sway the Audience
    Directions: Persuasion is certainly an arttherefore, there are certain
    recognizable strategies that some of the greatest speakers have used to
    sway their audience one way or another. Using the CHART we
    constructed in class to guide you, analyze your speech to decide which
    strategies YOUR speaker used to convince their audience. Refer to the
    audio clip and the hard copy of the speech. However, you should only
    choose 1 OR 2 SENTENCES from the speech to analyze. Pick one strategy to
    focus on! You have ten minutes to complete this sheet. When youve
    finished, you may construct a poster to present to the class.
