Hello Parents of Grade 1C,

My name is Roosmarijn Pastink and I am a practicum student at

the University of Lethbridge. I will be spending the next five weeks in
your childs classroom.

To tell you a little about myself, I grew up on a farm in Purple

Springs with my parents and three brothers. Growing up I always had a
desire to work with children and my dreams were to become an
elementary teacher. I began my post-secondary education at Medicine
Hat College, after which I transferred to the University of Lethbridge,
where I am currently completing Bachelor of Social Science and
Bachelor of Education. This is my fourth year of University and my first
practicum in the Faculty of Education.

I look forward to working with your child and gaining valuable

experience in the classroom.
