(B) _ Ifany employee in the interest of the Corporation's work cannot avail of the Weekly Off Days or Festival Holidays, he may, subsequently, be given Compensatory Casual Leave in lieu thereof. (©) Ifthere is any change in the date of Id-Ul-Fitre, Id-Uz-Zoha, Muharram, Fateh-Duaz-Daham, Sab:e- Barat depending upon the sighting of the Moon, Holiday will be declared by a separate Order for the date on which the festival would be actually observed in lieu of the date originally notified as holiday for this festival. It may happen that the change of date of the above occasion has to be notified ata very short notice. In such a situation, the Head of Unit / Office may take action according to the announcement made through T.V./A.LR. Newspaper without waiting fora formal order, about the change of date. (0) Hany of the 14 (Fourteen) Festival Holidays fall on “Off Day” of any employee, he shall be granted one Compensatory Casual Leave thereof. (£) Compensatory Casual Leave may be availed of at one time or as decided by the Authority at site, but cannot be prefixed or suffixed to any other leave except Casual Leave, Compensatory Causal Leave must be availed of within the time limit as stipulated, (F) No employee can claim “Off Day" on Sundays or other holidays as a matter of right. (G)__ Incase of emergency, extra 0.7.
