Abstract

In order to compete effectively in globalized economy,


organizations

must

be

customer-focused.

Customer

relationship management (CRM) is the way to integrate


this approach throughout an organization. Many a times
organizations are likely to believe that it is function of
marketing

to

have

the

customer

relationship

management. In reality it is meant for every one in the


organization starting from the security person, telephone
operator and accounting department. This project is

Admin,Emplyee

and

customer.Here we effectively satisfy the customer by the


offer details, Post the feedback, Product details.The
project also develops a model for organizations to follow
and summarizes the discussion.

Modules:
1. Admin
Maintain the Employee details and their access right
details Admin only can view edit and delete the details. Then get
the sales report.
2. Employee
This module can access only if admin give authorization to
the Employee.

Here they have admin login using their login they

can insert and view the Product details, sales, Stock Entry, and
Billings.

4. Customer
This module mainly created for the Customer process.
Here the Customer can view the offer details, Post the feedback,
Product details.
