Dear Ms Safrai:
I herein file a request, pursuant to the Freedom of Information Act (1988), pertaining
to the following records:
a) All appointment records (or reference of their publication in the official State
Register) of Mr Israel Hen as "Chief Clerk" and/or any other appointment and/or
transfer records pertaining to his employment in the Haifa Magistrate Court. In case
his appointment is pursuant to a tender records describing the tender position.
b) All records, which document who the lawful holder is of "True Copy of the
Original" "Court Clerk", stamp No. 8, Haifa Family Court, shown below:

c) All records, which document that the lawful holder of the "True Copy of the
Original" "Court Clerk", stamp No. 8, Haifa Family Court, shown above, is
authorized to certify court records, pursuant to the Regulations of the Courts Office
of the Clerk, Article 6a.
d) All records, which document who the lawful holder is of Court's Seal, stamp No
33, Haifa Family Court, shown below:

Fees were paid through the Government Payment Site, Certificate No. 42819045.
