VOICEMAIL INSTRUCTIONS

To access your voicemail:

1. Dial your four-digit extension
2. As your greeting is being played press *
3. The phone will then ask for your ID, enter your four-digit extension, then press #
4. Enter your PIN, then press #
To setup your voicemail for the first time:
1. Follow steps 1-3 from above
2. The default PIN is 8495162
3. After a brief welcome, you will record you name and press #
4. Press 1 to record your name again or press # to continue
5. When prompted, record your greeting and press #
6. Press 1 to record your greeting again or press # to continue
To change your PIN:
***You must change your PIN from the default PIN***
1. Access your voicemail
2. Press 4 for Setup options
3. Press 3 for Personal settings
4. Press 1 to change your PIN
5. You will be prompted twice to enter your new PIN and press #
To listen to your messages:
1. Access your voicemail
2. Press 1 for new messages or press 3 for old messages
3. Message options:
Press 1 to repeat
Press 2 to save
Press 3 to delete
Press 4 to reply
Press 5 to forward
Press 6 to mark as new
Press 7 to skip back
Press 9 for message properties (date, time, number)
To change your greeting:
1. Access your voicemail
2. Press 4 for Setup options
3. Press 1 to change your greeting
4. After you listen to your greeting, press 1 to record again
