Sergeant Wrobleski requested I respond to 152 Cypress Way East and assist in the investigation. Sergeant Wrobleski told me Major Crimes Unit Detective Hurm # 831 was the lead Detective, CASE INVESTIGATION: On 7-26-11, at about 0522 hours, I arrived at 152 Cypress way East and saw numerous CCSO marked units present and the area was secured with crime scene tape. Crime Scene Investigators were present and processing the scene I met with Detective Hurm and learned the victim was and she was deceased inside 152 Cypress Way East Unit # 4, An individual identified as Christopher M. Serna W/M DOB 1-10-77 lived at 152 Cypress Way East Unit # 4 and he was transported to the hospital to treat non life threatening injuries. REPORTING DEPUTY CONTACT: On 7-26-11, at about 0412 hours, Deputy Stoneson # 899 responded to the Reporting Officer: TD: District /Section: Unit 2D: ON 0750 Major Crimes Unit BLL fo Supervisors. There was no additional information about the battery reference additional victims, but there was a lot of blood at the location. Deputy Stoneson arrived at the location with additional CCso deputies and met. with the reporters. The reporters, Lionel and Adeline Serna called 911 for their son, Christopher, and they were standing outside 152 cypress Way Fast, Tdonel and Adeline did not give him any additional information about the incident and directed him inside the location. Deputy Stoneson entered, 132 Cypress Way Hast Unit #4 and saw Christopher Serna sitting in the kitchen area. Christopher was covered with blood and was incoherent. He saw blood on the entry floor area leading into kitchen and the living room area. He was unable to obtain any information fron Christopher about what happened or if he was injured. Deputy Stoneson searched the location for officer safety, suspects or any other victims. He entered the living room area and he saw a human head lying on the floor next to the couch. i @.up on the floor. “Rody. Deputy Stoneson exited the bedroom and left the location with Christopher Serna. He secured the area and Major Crimes Unit Detective, Crime Scene Investigator were requested to respond. See Deputy Stoneson's report for further information. 911 REPORTER STATEMEN’ On 7-26-11, at about 0540 hours, T along with Detective Hurm # 831 took a faped sworn statement from Adeline Serna W/F DOB 2-12-56 1541 Oaks Boulevard in my CCSO vehicle # 522 at the location.
