Your affiant also states that she has been a commissioned Peace Officer employed by the City of Broken Arrow Police Department since 1999. In the course of her employment she is assigned to, and the Criminal Investigations Unit. Further, your affiant has spoken with other Police Officers and reviewed documents concerning the following: 1, On July 22, 2015, the Broken Arrow Police Department received a 911 call from a young female stating that she needed help her brother was attacking her family. Shortly * thereafter a male's voice spoke on the phone stating, “hello” and then the line went silent. The 911 dispatcher could hear multiple voices in the background, as well as, sereams. ‘The call was determined to be coming from the residence of 709 Magnolia Court, Broken Arrow, OK. Further, Officer responded to this residence and could hear a faint voice on the other side of the door asking for help. Officers made entry into the residence and found e young victim bleeding ftom multiple wounds just inside the residence. Officers grabbed the victim and placed her in a safe location awaiting the asrival of EMS and more Officers. A protective sweep of the residence revealed additional deceased victims within the residence, as well as, an infant/toddler child. The victims appeared to have multiple stab wounds but the young child appear to have no injuries. Further, during the protective sweep Officers were unable to locate any suspect(s). However, K-9 Officer was able to establish a track from the residence which led to two possible suspects, which are now in custody. Further, following the arrest of the suspect(s), blood stained clothing was located in the same area of the arrest. Further, during the arrest of one of the suspect spontaneously uttered that plans of the Killing was on a thumb drive in one of the bedrooms within the residence of 709 Magnolia Court. Based on your aifiant's training and experience, your affiant would expect to find inside the residence of 709 Magnolia Court, Broken Arrow, OK, County of Tulsa, all deceased vietim(s) and/or bodies of deceased victims. Sharp edged weapons, including but not limited to knives, swords, machetes; electronic devices such as computers, thumb drives. external drives, cellular devices, any electronic devices that ean store data of information on the planning and execution of a mass homicide, as well as, any type of documen:s containing plans of a mass homicide; dark colored clothing, mask, military style clothing and/or tactical clothing, gloves, shoes, blood stain clothing, DNA samples, blood samples, identification documents of the victims as well as the suspects, and documents to establish dominion and control of the residence. Further, any evidence that can be deemed as essential to the crime of homicide, Further, your affiant sayeth not. WHEREFORE, your affiant asks that a search warrant be issued according to law, directed to any sheriff, policeman or law enforcement officer in the County of Tulsa, ‘Oklahoma, commanding that they search the said persons, premises and/or vehicle, and take possession of described items related to the crimes listed. Moss, Tulsa County Jail facility, under inmate number 1236284, 300 North Denver Avenue, Tulsa, OK, Tulsa County. ‘Your affiant also states that she has been a commissioned Peace Officer employed by the City of Broken Arrow Police Department since 1999. In the course of her employment, she is assigned to the Criminal Investigations Unit. Your affiant has received formal training in regards to homicide investigation(s). as well as, investigations regarding digital evidence and domestic violence. Further, your affiant has spoken with other Investigators, Law Enforcement Entities, and Police Officers and reviewed documents concerning the following: Pe ° On July 22, 2015, the Broken Atrow Police Department received a 91 { call from a young person stating that he/she needed help; the brother was attacking the family. The 911 dispatcher could hear multiple voices in the background as well as screams. This call ‘was determined to be coming from the residence of 709 Magnolia Court, Broken Arrow, OK, County of Tulsa Further, Officers responded to this residence and found five (5) victims deceased as a result of multiple stab wounds and one alive but severely wounded. This vietim wes alert and able to tell Officers that her attackers were her older brothers. Officers were able to locate fresh footprints in the back yard, in which, a K9 was able to begin a track of the suspects. The K9 led Officers to a location behind the residence where the two suspects were located and ultimately taken into custody. The suspects were identified as the victim(s) older two brothers. On July 23, 2015, your affiant authored a search warrant for the residence of 709 Magnolia Court, Broken Amow, OK, County of Tulsa and was signed by Honorable Judge Bill Hiddle. Further, during the execution of the search warrant, Investigators located several footprints in the blood soaked flooring of the residence, Several of these footprints were of bare feet belonging to the victims, as well as, the suspects. Photographs were taken by forensic experts in latent prints employed with the Oklahoma State Bureau of Investigations (OSBD. Further, a comparison of the blood soaked footprints with the footprints of the suspects would assist forensic experts in the completion of theic investigation, as well as, to corroborate the testimony of witnesses. Therefore, your afliant’s request of footprint(s) casting and/or molding of the suspect Robert Davis BEVER, a white male with the date-of-birth of September 17, 1996, is, imperative to the ongoing homicide investigation.
