    Observations:
    This afternoon Agustin assisted Ms. Perez with the Migrant Afterschool Enrichment program. After monitoring the students during the
    afternoon snack time, Agustin then assisted with the monitoring of students in the Library. Agustin read books to some of the students
    who had selected them from the reading racks. As he read to them, he engaged the students in conversation about what he read
    through the posing of questioning strategies to check the students undersanding.

    Strategies:
    During the reading of the books, Agustin posed questions to check comprehension and keep the students engaged on the content of the
    books. Agustin also exhibited good management skills in working with different groups of students.
