MEMORANDUM

TO:

J. MATTHEW CLARKE

FROM:

LOGAN FEE

SUBJECT:

E-PORTFOLIO ASSIGNMENT

DATE:

DECEMBER 10, 2014

This will be a reflection on the business proposal that was previously written. It will
be done by answering three questions. Each allowing a greater understanding to what
connections there are to other aspects of my life.

1. How does your Proposal reflect your understanding of the following

fundamental principle of business writing?
The proposal was written to the audience of a manager over an apartment complex. The
style and format was organized in a manner that was informative and easy to understand.
This allowed the opportunity for a quick read and knowledge of what could be done for the
Chadds Ford Apartments.

2. What connections do you see between your proposal and any of your other
classes?
It is hard to see the connection to my classes I have recently taken. This allowed me to
present something to a completely different company. The usual proposals/documents are
more internal and presented within the class.

3. What connections do you see between your proposal and your interests
outside of your classwork?
It allowed me to see a greater perspective of what I need to look for in apartment complexes
for myself. It also shows me what things I can do in a document to evaluate a specific
objective. In the workplace I can see how to present things to the credit union as a whole
with professionalism.

a business perspective. Im grateful for the opportunity I have had to produce this group
