Topic: Racial Profiling

Racial profiling refers to the discriminatory practice by law enforcement

officials of targeting individuals for suspicion of crime based on the individual's


race, ethnicity, religion or national origin. The event occurs between the police

officer who racial profile, and the victim of racial profiling. In between those two
stories, a lot of other voices can emerge. Reason why I am taking in consideration

three ofthem voices today. The voice ofa police officer accused ofracial
profiling, the voice of the victim, and the voice of the family of the victim.

My three voices are

1) Victims of racial profiling


The victims of racial profiling. Their voice is probably the most accurate you can

think of, since they were part of the scene. Racial profiling touches

certain

community only. Afro Americans and Hispanics ; so we are going to be looking at


them voices only, since it is not something that touches a whole comunity of
people. This particularity already helps us to narrow down a litte bit the
researches. This is the voice of people who feel unsecure, and in most cases, the
