System Requirements
The followings are the minimum hardware and system requirements for running the web viewer.

Memory 512MB

VGA Memory 128MB or more

Monitor 16-bit 1024 x 768 High Color

50MB (space required for installing the web viewer)

HDD `` Additional HDD space is required for saving your recordings.
The file size of your recording may differ depending on the specified quality.

If you encounter no screen image after

connected to the web viewer, check the followings
1. Upgrade the current DirectX(9.0 or higher) version with the latest.
2. Check the memory size of your PC’s VGA.
If it is below 128 MB, download the patch S/W from the below web page and install it on your PC.
