Cream Cookie Mousse

Ingredients
White chocolate (roughly chopped) 125 gms
Fresh cream 62.5 ml
Whipping cream cup
Chocolate cookies (call it chocolate cookies) 4-5 nos
Red cherry 5-6 nos
Preparation method
Heat cream and add into the chocolate. Mix till the chocolate melts. Fold in the whip cream into it.
Pour the mousse in piping bag and pipe in the mouse followed by the cookies placed on the center and
again the mousse on the top
Serve cold. Garnish with chocolate flakes, red cherry and chocolate cookie triangles.
