Mathematics: Choose any of the following options:

A: Do 40 minutes of Mathletics combined during the week. Focus on
decimals.
B: Complete Unit # 12 Set 1, 2 and 3.
C: Enrichment Do Set 4 Unit # 12 as well if you are able.
Reading: You should be reading at least 2 hours during the week, or
30 minutes per night. Keep track of your reading in the reading log in
the back of your homework book.
Language: Knowing some Latin and Greek roots for words can help
you learn thousands of new words. The following are 4 of the most
commonly used ones:
phon means sound
photo means light
graph means write
bio means life
Find 3 words that have these 4 roots as their root word. Write the
definition for each or use a a sentence to explain it.

UOI Expository Writing Is meant to inform or explain about the

subject. Write an expository paragraph explaining what you know
about physical and chemical changes of matter.
