I am a fourth year BS Accounting Technology student from Father Saturnino Urios University and I am tasked
to represent the whole class in the subject Acctg 415 (Internal Audit) section AT43.
The said subject deals with the principles of assurance and non-assurance services and mainly focuses on value
adding audit activities. It helps the organization accomplish its objectives by providing significant information
regarding the effectiveness and efficiency of it's risk management, controls and governance processes.
One of the requirements of the said subject is to conduct an internal audit activity and produce a report. The
purpose of this requirement is to bridge the gap between theoretical framework and actual practice. It is in this
activity where students are grouped and deployed to operating departments of the host organization, such as
Human Resource, Sales, Marketing and etc.
Our class wishes to experience the said activity in a very prestigious organization and we found out that your
company can provide the best platform on this matter. Hence, I am writing this letter to formally request your
company to be the host organization. Rest assured that all data or information gathered from this activity will be
treated with utmost confidentiality.
This activity is planned and preferred to be conducted within December 2014 to January 2015. Should you have
