Product Description

EAMIPLUG is an ultra rapid set

plugging cementitious mortar.

Typical Applications
For rapid plugging of running
water leaks.

For rapid repair, patching and

joint filling.

Product Features
Low porosity permanent repair.
Has similar properties as

mother concrete.
Easy to apply, pre-packed,
needs only adding water.
Will set in less than 50
seconds.

Standards

EAMIPLUG complies with

BS 1881 Part 4, 1970.

Properties

Colour and Form

It is a gray- coloured, cementitious base powder.
Initial Set
35 seconds.

Guide For Application

Preparation
Area to be patched should be cut
back to a depth of 20 mm, to give
a good mechanical bond.
urface should be clean and free
from any dust & loose particles.
Remove any grease or oil by high
pressure water jet
Mixing
Add 4 parts of EAMIPLUG to 1 part
of water, by weight. Mix the
quantity to a stiff consistency by
gloved hand or trowel.
Placing
Hand plug the mixed mortar in
place, ensuring maximum contact
before the material sets.
The mixed EAMIPLUG should be
held in place till it hardens.

Curing

We recommend the use of

EAMICURE WB1 to cure repairs
immediately after initial set.

Yield

One bag of 25 Kg of EAMIPLUG

will yield approximately 13 lit.

Packaging

EAMIPLUG is supplied in 25 Kg. &

5 Kg. Bags.

Storage

EAMIPLUG should be stored in non

humid shaded areas.

Shelf Life

One Year when stored as

recommended.

Cleaning

Tools should be cleaned

immediately with water after use.

Health and Safety

EAMIPLUG is non flammable
and non toxic.

Contact with skin should be

avoided & any splashes should

be washed with water.
Seek medical assistance in
case of contact with eyes,after
washing it with running water.
