Subject:- Uploading of PAB Minutes of SSA Website - regarding

AS (SE) took a meeting today at 11.00 AM to consider preparedness for the
forthcoming 14th JRM of SSA, likely to be held in July, 2011. She desired that the
minutes of PAB meetings for AWP&B 2011-12 in respect of all the States/UTs and
Institutes may be uploaded on SSA Website immediately. It is seen from the SSA
Website that the Minutes of PAB in respect of (1) Arunachal Pradesh; (2) Bihar; (3)
Chandigarh; (4) Chattisgarh; (5) Dadra and Nagar Haveli; (6) Delhi; (7) Goa; (8)
Gujarat; (9) Haryana; (10) Himachal Pradesh; (11) J&K; (12) Jharkhand; (13)
Madhya Pradesh; (14) Maharashtra; (15) Manipur; (16) Meghalaya; (17) Mizoram;
(18) Nagaland; (19) Punjab; (20) Rajasthan; (21) Uttrakhand; and (22) West Bengal
and also in respect of NUEPA, NCERT, MIs, IGNOU, NIAR and TSG are yet to be
uploaded on SSA Website. It was discussed in the meeting that the PAB Minutes in
respect of four States i.e. Nagaland, J&K, Manipur, and Goa are in the process for
submission to AS (SE) for consideration. It is therefore understood that the Minutes
in respect of remaining States/UTs have already been approved the Secretary (SE&L)
& Chairperson, PAB.
All Under Secretaries in EE.II Bureau are therefore requested to send to Shri
Saba Akhtar, NIC (saba@nic.in) the soft copies of all approved PAB Minutes for
uploading on SSA Website with a copy of the same to the
undersigned(ravichand.edu@nic.in) at the earliest to enable the undersigned to ensure
that the Minutes are uploaded by NIC at the earliest..
