Qualifications: Post Secondary Education in Human Services Field Knowledgeable about Fetal Alcohol Spectrum Disorder Min. 3 years working with people with Disabilities or other diverse groups Knowledge of aboriginal culture Knowledge of community resources Reliable vehicle. Likes to work independently and with a team Key Responsibilities: Develop a process for families and youth with FASD to better manage transition planning to adult services Work with youth, families and agencies to develop a transition plan to adult services Work to establish relationships with youth and adult services to better meet the needs of young adults with FASD entering services. Support agencies through the transition process Responsible to build strong working relationships/partnerships Communicate and work in collaboration with key stakeholders Educate others on the needs of individuals with FASD.
