Communication with families is essential for the success of students, parents, and teachers. Having support from all sides
keeps students to consistently high standards. I have found that contact with families is generally positive and lifts my
confidence that the students families back me. Students bring their families into the classroom automatically through
discussion, behavior, etc. and it is important or student engagement to foster that connectivity.
