StudentspeakstostaffmemberresponsibleforstudentmattersintheOfficeoftheDeputyPrincipal.

Staffmembermustfirstofallobtainthefollowing:

Staffmemberobtainsaverbalaccountofthenatureoftheproblem

Studentisreferredtotherelevantpersonnelforresolution
ofmatterifhe/shehadnotutilizedthisroutebefore.

Faculty,HeadofDepartmentorDeputyDean(Student
Matters.

Ifstaffmemberissatisfiedthatallavenueswereexhausted,the
studentisrequiredtowritealettertotheDeputyPrincipalfor
formalfollowup.

TheDeputyDean/Deanorrelevantpersonnelwill
assessoraddressthematterandtakeactionfor
resolution;or
TheDeputyDean(StudentMatters)ortheDeanwill
assessthesituationandmakerecommendationstothe
DeputyPrincipalwhowillthentakeactionbasedon
theinformationreceived.

TheDeputyPrincipalandStaffwillfollowuponthematter,using
everyavenuetofindaresolution.
