Ingredients:
Milk- 1litre
Lemon 1
Sugar 1 cup
Water- required
Procedure:
Step 1 :
Boil milk
Step 2:
Add lemon juice
Step 3:
Squeeze paneer from the milk mixture
Step4:
Kneed the paneer well & make small balls out of it
Step 5:
Pressur cook the balls for 3 whistle in medium flame
Step6:
Prepare sugar syrup
Step7:
Put the boiled rasagullas in the sugar syrup
Step 8:
Add cardomam powder for flavour
