ADDITIONAL INFORMATION: A house under construction received very minor damage inside the
garage before the fire department was able to quickly contain and extinguish the fire. The
investigation revealed the cause of the fire was a the result of a slowly smoldering event that may
have been the result of discarded smoking material. There was no reported injuries.
