Subject: Appeal against Chief Executive orders about deduction of Rs. 9031/- regarding.
Sir,
Kindly refer to the orders passed by then Chief Executive about deduction of Rs. 9031/from pay illegally and proper appeal was made but same was kept undecided by the Board,
again appeal was made before the previous Chairman and same was also mishandled by
the concerned officials of the Board, in fact there was nothing against me and I was not
involved in any embezzlement of the Board funds but deduction was made forcibly by the
Board. I strongly protest against the observation of then CE that I was hold guilty for
negligence in supervision, where as both subordinate officials were appointed by the Board
and their duties and functions were defined and the question does not arise not to believe
and faith on them.
Hence appeal against orders passed by then Chief Executive may kindly be considered and
personnel hearing may kindly be granted to explain the grievances in person please.
