My first professional working experience is being a member of The Da nang Junko Youth Volunteer
Group (JYVG). In 2011, JYVG started Spring project which teach the ethnic minority children in TabHing
(Quang Nam province) to live a healthy life through clean-eating, drinking, body cleaning, etc. The leader
guided us how to work in a team, how to complete our mission step by step. In addition, working with
Japanese friends, we learned from them the positive work attitude such as quickly problem reporting,
respecting the partner ideas, working on-time.

- Sensitivity
- I am too much of a perfectionist
- Unstable self-esteem
2 years ago, when i took the leadership course. Our professor required us to represent 5 leadership
characteristics. I was chosen to lead the team 4, my team also included the students from other class
who i had never met before.
