What I plan to do:


Check the expression of cell cycle genes.
How (Talk about Cancer Cell Lines-Article-what is it? And where is it available? Use some real-life
examples.)
Using the CCL data to find the specific to the cell cycle; find which are necessary.

These are the Genes are going to be checked using the CCL:
ORC1, ORC2, ORC6, CDC45, MCM6, MCM7, CDC25A, MCM9, RPA2, DBF4
(Do table left column: specific gene top rows: cell lines)
Purpose: To see if they are not expressed (deleted/ mutated/). If so, then that specific gene would be
classified as an essential cell (would be a significant finding)
