3.

3 Interview
In order to collect more details in order to complete the task and criteria
mentioned in the School Based Experience (PBS), interview was done with 5 people in
the school which were the the headmistress, the co-curruculum assistant, my mentor, a
counselling teacher and a student. I set up and type the questions in my laptop after the
discussion with my group members before i went to interview them just in case i forgot
the questions during the process of interviewing them. The following are the questions
that were asked:

School head
1. What are the roles of a school head?
2. From your opinion, how can the school help the weaker students in their
curriculum?
3. How can a school produce a conducive learning environment?
PKK
1. What are the activities that can develop the physical aspect of the students?
2. How can the school develop the interest and potential of the students through cocurricular activities?
3. What are the roles of school help to improve sportsmanship of the students?
Discipline teacher
1. How can you to reduce the disciplinary problems in school?
2. Is corporal punishment rational to be carried out by discipline teacher? Why?
3. How can disciplinary problems affect the student emotionally?
Mentor
1. How can you improve the relationship with your students?
2. What are the teaching aids used in teaching and learning process? How?

3. In your opinion, what are the activities that can develop cognitive development of
the students?
Interview with Security Guard
Name : Michael Anak Halib
Date : 8 August 2014
Time : 9:30 a.m.

1. What are the roles of security guard in the school?


From his opinion, he thinks that safety of school is under his responsibilities. He patrols
the school every day. Aside from that, he also controls the flow of the traffic before and
after school.

2. What are the problems that you have faced during the patrolling?
There has no any problem during the patrolling.

3. What is the time for you to start the duty?


He said that he starts his duty from 5:30 a.m. until 6: 30 p.m.

2. From your opinion, how can the counselor help the students spiritually?
