I am happy to work with you to find the best way for you to
be involved in Cabaret. But please bear in mind: I need to
know from the beginning about your holidays, work and
family commitments; anything that will keep you away from
rehearsals on a day when you are supposed to be
attending! Anyone not meeting their commitment to attend
rehearsals may find their roles reduced.

Subs are just 15/Adult, 10/juniors and children or a maximum


of 40/family, payable (in instalments, if required) by 31st January.
Subs are due from all members of cast, and crew if desired. The
membership secretary will collect your money.

Payment of your subs registers you as a member of Cabaret Club,


which brings you under our public liability insurance. It also means
you are included in the right to purchase Cast & Crew tickets for
the Saturday night performances.

Public Liability Insurance does not include Personal Accident


insurance cover for cast or crew. Anyone wishing Personal
Accident cover should contact their own insurance adviser.

All cast will be given a brief list of costume items that they are
expected to provide for themselves, which might include items such
as black trousers, shirts, or other casual clothing to be used as
costumes. These items remain the property of the buyer.

Women will be asked to purchase their own dancing shoes, and will
need to buy particular tights for on-stage wear. Full details will be
provided. Men will also need certain shoes on stage.

Incidental optional costs might include a DVD of the show, and


attendance at the DVD night usually held sometime in April (details
to be confirmed.) Cast and crew can choose to contribute to the
fund organised for the purchase of drinks and snacks during
rehearsals.

Anyone experiencing difficulty in covering any of the above costs


should speak with Barry (Chair), Sue (Producer) or Viv (Treasurer),
as the Club may be able to assist.

ADULTS: Chorus rehearsals every Tuesday and Friday evening at


7:00-10:00 & Sunday afternoon at 2:00-5:00. Other rehearsals by
arrangement. CHILDRENs Rehearsal times 6:00-8:00 on Fridays
and 1:00-3:00 on Sundays.
